We recently created a lamp post cake for a company holiday party. It featured a wreath with sugar covered ornaments, lamp panels made of sugar & a blown sugar flame. Inside the flame was a real light to illuminate the lamp post, which stood over 3 ft tall!The cake was chocolate with madagascar vanilla filling & white cake with raspberry filling.

This interesting wedding cake is another gluten-free creation we've done in the past couple months.
